Incomplete de-airing between the glass sheets reduces the transparency of glass. This inspection system developed by Add Innovations, uses a line light installed under the glass that is fed on a conveyor. A line scan camera is installed above the glass to measure the level of light penetration. The light penetration level then measures the level of glass cloud and judges it as good or NG.
